Film Screening and Panel Discussion 9 November 2024 | 12:00 – 13:30
📍FORUM | Holzmarktstr. 25,10243 Berlin, Germany
How can art change our view of mental health? Join us for a film screening and discussion with experts who challenge the stigma of mental disorders and connect research with the public.
In our event, art and science come together to challenge the stigma around mental disorders and raise awareness. We will bridge the gap between research and public perception of mental health through a curated film screening and a dynamic panel discussion with neurologists, psychologists, and artists. We will discover the latest research into mental disorders and treatments. We aim to bring a deeper connection and understanding between the public, the arts, and the scientific community and find common ground together.
Event Highlights:
- Film Screening: A curated selection of short films depicting mental disorders, created by artists from Berlin’s film school.
- Panel Discussion: Insights from experts in neuroscience, psychology, and art.
- Interactive Q&A: A reflective and engaging conversation with the audience.
